By submitting your request for access to the Livingston Fire Department’s (LFD) member’s section you are acknowledging that you are either an active member of LFD or a Life Member of LFD.

You also acknowledge at the time of resignation, if you are not reclassified to Life Member, your account will be deleted. If it is suspected that your account has been compromised at anytime, your account will be suspended. At that point, please contact the administrator, Craig Melhorn at cmelhorn[at]livingstonfire.org.
